A Health Coach is a guide and supportive mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their health and acheivement of their personal wellness goals.
Some common areas where a Health Coach may help a client include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management and digestion, just to name a few.
Health Coaching is a whole body approach to optimal health and wellness.
